How to add
items to your shopping cart:

Click on the link to choose the
album or single title you wish to purchase.

Specify the quantity you wish to
purchase. The default
quantity is one (1) for any particular item, if you choose to purchase more
than one, enter the the quantity you require in the quantity text box.

Click the "Add To Cart"
button.

Once you have added the item to
the cart you will have the option of either going back to the VPReggae home page to continue
shopping or going to your shopping cart.

To go to your Shopping Cart at
any time click the "View Cart" icon at the top right corner of the web page.
-
To
Delete Items from your cart, you can either check the remove item check box or change the quantity to 0 and then click the UPDATE
CART button.

To add more items, click
on the Continue Shopping button that will take you to the VPReggae home page and from there you can choose more items.

When you are satisfied with your
selections, you can click BEGIN CHECKOUT to start the SECURE
check out process.
Coupons:
-
If you were given a discount coupon code, enter it in the space provided on the Shopping Cart page.
Please note that these coupons do expire and you must use them within the time
period alloted.
Checking
Out:

You are required to fill out all the fields marked with a red asterik on the Chek Out web page.

Choose either to ship to your billing address or to a different address.

Click the Chek Out button to complete your order.
Payment
Options:

VPReggae.com only accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa credit cards.
Payment by Credit Card:

We recommend payment by CREDIT CARD as this is the fastest way for your order
to be processed. We currently accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.

Your credit card is not charged until your order is ready to be shipped.

The transferring of your credit card information is safely handled by secure
transaction methods with our SECURE CHECKOUT process.

Your card will be charged only for the items shipped and not for out of stock
items. Credit Card information will be verified at our facilities.

Enter your credit card
information. Please note that the expiration date must be correct and the
billing address you use for VPReggae.com.com MUST be the same as the billing
address that you use for that particular credit card.

If a credit card is declined, you will be notified by email that your order has
been cancelled. You must re-submit your order with a valid credit card.
Shipping:
At VPReggae.com we offer a FLAT RATE SHIPPING of
US$5.00 for US Domestic Orders (50 contiguous U.S.
states) and a quantity based shipping rate (SEE TABLE BELOW) for all other
(International) orders for our retail customers.
We ship WORLDWIDE to almost every country. At present orders shipped to
any of the 50 contiguous U.S. states are shipped for delivery in 2-3 business
days via United States Postal Service with tracking. All other orders are
shipped via FEDEX international economy. (Sunday and national holidays are not
considered business days for delivery purposes. Flate rate shipping fees may
change without notice.)
CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE USA ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TAXES AND/OR DUTYS THAT MAY BE APPLIED!

Confirmation
after you submit your order:

an invoice will appear and will
also be sent to your email address, please print a copy for your reference.

notification once your order has been processed. The notification will tell you
if we have the items in stock. We will only ship items we have in stock and the
total amount of your order will be adjusted accordingly. You will be notified
by e-mail of any changes. You will also be emailed the shipping tracking number
of your order.

RETURN
POLICIES
VINYL
All vinyl sales are final and
non-returnable. We can not guarantee the quality of vinyl, nor can we guarantee
that a particular 7" or LP was properly pressed. Some 7" include edited
versions of the original explicit lyrics. Please keep this in mind when you
place orders for 7" and 12" LPs. We pay special attention to packaging of vinyl
and will do our best to ensure that your vinyl order reaches you undamaged. We
do not make any guarantees. Please consider this in your vinyl orders.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
You may exchange defective CDs
within 14 days of receipt for replacement with the same non-defective title.
Vinyl items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. All exchanges require you
to contact us at orders@vpreggae.com for
a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to returning the item. The
following reasons justify an exchange:

Defective CDs which can not be
played.

Other packaging or manufacturing
defects.
