Reggae star BITTY MCLEAN is teaming up with Jamaican legends SLY & ROBBIE for this brand-new scorcher of an album.
As a tribute to his glorious predecessors, Bitty recorded all the tracks live in the studio in Kingston Jamaica, the old school way, with and Sly & Robbie and the cream of Jamaica's musicians, and mixed using a fully analog mixing board for that warmer, heavier, rootsier vintage sound that made Reggae famous.
Pressed at Optimal, Germany, the LP contains 6 tracks in their full extended mix glory: the vocals transition seamlessly into the dub versions. This again is a throwback to the golden era of Jamaican music, when sound systems played long versions so Deejays could drop lyrics over the instrumental dub.
