Shipping & Returns

At we offer a per weight based shipping for all locations International & the 50 contiguous U.S. states for our retail customers orders. We ship WORLDWIDE to almost every country. At present orders shipped to any of the 50 contiguous U.S. states are shipped in 2-3 business days with tracking. (Sunday and national holidays are not considered business days for delivery purposes. Shipping fees may change without notice.)

Due to USPS regulations, occasionally the shipping method used by Shipping Dept. will differ from method chosen at the time of your order creation. Please note that only orders received before 12pm EST on business days will be shipped the same day.


For international returns, any customs or import duties, brokerage fees, taxes, and all other charges paid on return shipments are solely your responsibility. In the event you refuse your package, only the purchase price will be refunded. All costs, duties, fees or taxes are your responsibility and will not be refunded to you. 

*All items must be in original condition and show no signs of use, and must be returned in original vendor packaging.



Brazilian customs requires a valid Tax ID for Customs Clearance purposes. You MUST provide a valid Tax ID in order for your shipment to clear customs.


Your order begins processing shortly after it’s submitted. If your order has already been shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled. You may attempt to cancel an order that has not been shipped by clicking the link: Click Here and filling a ticket with the words “CANCEL ORDER” along with the order number of the order you wish to cancel in the subject line of the ticket.


We cannot accommodate requests for refunds on orders that cannot be delivered to the recipient’s shipping address for any reason (including but not limited to incorrect or incomplete address, missing apartment or suite #, no response at address) and /or orders that are declined or refused delivery. Confirmation after you submit your order: An invoice will appear and will also be sent to your email address, please print a copy for your reference. You will receive e-mail notification once your order has been processed. The notification will tell you if we have the items in stock. We will only ship items we have in stock and the total amount of your order will be adjusted accordingly. You will be notified by e-mail of any changes. You will also be emailed the shipping tracking number of your order.


All vinyl sales are final and non-returnable. We can not guarantee the quality of vinyl, nor can we guarantee that a particular 7" or LP was properly pressed. Some 7" include edited versions of the original explicit lyrics. Please keep this in mind when you place orders for 7" - 12" - LP. We pay special attention to packaging of vinyl and will do our best to ensure that your vinyl order reaches you undamaged. We do not make any guarantees. Please consider this in your vinyl orders.


*Please state the reason for your return and the Return Authorization (RA) number Click Here. Place the item you're returning along with copy of the invoice.

*Mail your package via the carrier of your choice. Please note, all costs associated with your return is your responsibility. We suggest you obtain a tracking number as we are not responsible for lost packages.

*Refund will be issued after receiving the return to the credit card payment type used or a store credit to your account for further use.

*All items must be in original condition and show no signs of use, and must be returned in original vendor packaging.

Sorry, but we cannot refund original or return shipping charges.

You may exchange defective CDs within 14 days of receipt for replacement with the same non-defective title. Vinyl items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. All exchanges require you to file a ticket by clicking on the link: Click Here for a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to returning the item.

The following reasons justify an exchange:

Other packaging or manufacturing defects.
Wrong size/color of clothing items
